Rates

We offer our regular customers with a maintenance contract a 10% discount on our hourly rate. Customers with a maintenance contract will also receive priority in the availability of our technicians in case of breakdowns. If you would like a maintenance contract, please contact us by phone or email, or fill in our contact form with your details and your forklift information. We will then provide you with a maintenance contract.

Forklift repair

For maintenance, repairs and/or inspections, you can receive a parts price and an estimated number of labor hours in advance upon request. You can also take out a maintenance contract for your forklift, aerial work platform, and internal transport equipment. The rate depends on LPG, diesel or electric drive, lifting capacity, and usage of your forklift. We can carry out repairs on location or collect your forklift for repair at our workshop, depending on the severity and type of repair and the required tools and/or time. If necessary, we can also provide a rental forklift from €75 per day excl. VAT. Our workshop is equipped with two 10-ton overhead cranes, which may be required to safely perform certain repairs.

For collecting and returning your forklift or aerial work platform by truck or BE combination for repair, we only charge travel time at €99.50 excl. VAT per hour, calculated from our company to our company return, plus €1 excl. VAT per driven kilometer (round trip). In case of breakdowns, we do not charge call-out fees, only travel time calculated from our company to our company return, and €1 per kilometer.

If the technician has to come immediately (without appointment) with the service van, time is charged from the location where he is working until he returns, also at €99.50 per hour plus €1 per kilometer (round trip), excl. VAT, subject to availability. If it is necessary to come with two technicians, two technicians will be charged. A forklift inspection costs €90 incl. lubrication service; this excludes labor costs, travel time, and kilometer charges.

Rental

We rent out various forklifts for long-term periods and can also offer an entire forklift fleet for rental. Please email us for our rates and specify what you want to rent, for how long, and where the machine should be delivered.

Transportation

For transporting goods, we charge €110 per hour round trip, including all costs within the Netherlands. For Germany and Belgium, a toll surcharge applies depending on the number of kilometers. “Round trip” means time is calculated from our company to the pickup location, then to the delivery location, and back to our company. A fixed price can also be agreed in advance by consultation. If the trip price is lower than €250 excl. VAT, we charge €250 excl. VAT, as it would otherwise not be economically viable to schedule the transport.

To hire

For on-site services with our service vehicle, we charge €99.50 per hour, calculated from our company to our company return, plus €1 per driven kilometer. For work supervision with the truck, €120 per hour is charged, calculated from our company to our company return.

Heavy internal transport

For heavy internal transport with our 1.5 / 2.5 / 3 ton forklift, we charge €120 per hour plus travel costs of €1 per driven kilometer (round trip). With our 8-ton forklift, we charge €125 per hour including travel time and loading/unloading time from our company to our company return, plus any truck kilometer charges of €1 per driven kilometer (round trip). Heavier machines up to 25 tons are also available. Prices on request.

Purchase of forklifts, machines and miscellaneous

We purchase machines, forklifts, aerial work platforms, and essentially all internal transport equipment. If you have equipment to offer or trade in, please email us the following details: product type, year of manufacture, brand, model, operating hours, any defects, additional information (such as fork positioner, sideshift, triplex mast, freelift), your asking price, and preferably a few photos. The forklifts and machines we have for sale are listed on our offer page. Due to rapid turnover, a machine may already be sold or a newly arrived machine may not yet be listed on the website.
